Here's what you need to know:
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
After obtaining a return authorization number (RMA), product should be shipped freight pre-paid to the address provided with your RMA. Failure to follow this procedure shall void this warranty. NUWATT reserves the right to (i) examine all failed LED fixtures to determine the cause of failure and patterns of usage and (ii) be the sole judge as to whether an LED fixture is defective and covered under warranty.

Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund and apply the credit to your credit card or original method of payment. This usually takes about 3-5 business days.
If you've already been approved but don't see the refund on your statement yet, keep in mind that banks and credit card companies often take some time before the refund officially posts to your account. It might help to contact your financial institution or credit card company to check if there's a delay on their end.
